If customers are not 100% satisfied with their purchase, customers have the option to either exchange their purchase for any other product or will be offered a full refund. Returns are eligible within 14 days from the date of purchase. Any product return must be in the same condition it was received, in original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
